A. Find a 2 rep bench press

Minute 1 : 15 / 12 calorie row

Minute 2 : 15 Dumbbell Snatch 50 / 35

Minute 3 : 20 / 15  push ups

Repeat for 7 rounds

Ideally you should work for 45 seconds or less and rest 15 seconds of the last minute.
