SCHEDULE  

GROUP CROSSFIT CLASSES

1 Hour group class that includes : group warm up , mobility , coaching through movements of the day , WOD and cool down. 

Monday - Friday 

530am , 830am , 12pm , 5pm and 6:15pm

Saturday : 830am and 10am

We offer a 7 am class Tuesday , Thursday and Friday

Solid Foundation 

Tuesday and Thursday

330 PM - 430 PM

This is our community service program for at-risk youth kids in the local High Schools of Moorpark. For donations please go to www.Solidfoundationkids.org

 

Open Gym :  

All of our members are expected to take and participate in normal classes. However, our gym is always open and constantly being used by members who are training weaknesses , doing extra mobility, competitors doing double days , or military personal trying to increase their volume. Our members, without interfering with normal classes, are encouraged to take advantage of this policy.
